Our Facilities and Administration groups provide the services, expertise, and organizational support that create the conditions for our researchers and the institute as a whole to thrive.
Our Human Resources team manages all employee-related matters at AMOLF. Our goal is to align AMOLF’s organizational goals with the development, employability, and well-being of our employees.
What
- Onboarding: Finding, selecting, and hiring new talent
- Development: Training, guiding, and motivating employees to help them work effectively and with satisfaction
- Offboarding: Carefully and correctly managing employees’ departure
How
- Creating policies: Developing and implementing HR policies and employment conditions
- Advising: Supporting management and group leaders with questions about personnel, culture, and change
- Supporting: Providing a listening ear and serving as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about employment-related matters
- Administering: Managing payroll administration and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
