Scientific career Gabriel Lozano Barbero

I recieved the Physics Degree with honors from the Science Department of the Universidad de Cordoba (Spain) in 2006. Then I studied in the University of Sevilla (Spain) under the Material Science and Technology program, which I completed in 2007 and I worked four years in the Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Sevilla under the supervision of Prof. Hernan Miguez, obtaining my PhD degree in 2010.
From 2011 I am working as a Postdoc in the Surface Photonics group in AMOLF. My research interests are mainly focused on nanophotonics and plasmonics aiming to modify the emission properties of different luminescent materials.
