AMOLF publishes IMPACT – 60 years AMOLF

During the festivities surrounding the opening of AMOLF’s new lab on Thursday March 18th, the institute will present the book IMPACT – 60 years AMOLF. The book tells the history of AMOLF in a comprehensive and informative way.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the book is the way it was realised; the idea started with the institute’s genealogy scribbled on pieces of paper stuck together with cellotape, and evolved into a contemporary, vivid and beautifully designed anthology, with scientific highlights all written by (former) group leaders of AMOLF. The book, in full color, has 84 pages and contains, aside from scientific highlights, interviews with researchers, descriptions of research extremes, and statistical material.
